1. Use of DealRadar

DealRadar is a Chrome extension and associated website that helps users compare product prices across retailers. By installing the extension or using the website, you agree to these terms.

You may use DealRadar for personal, non-commercial price comparison only. You may not use it to:

• Scrape, harvest, or resell price data in bulk
• Automate purchases or create bots based on DealRadar data
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent any part of the service
• Use the service in violation of any applicable laws

2. Price accuracy

Prices displayed in DealRadar are sourced from Google Shopping via the SearchAPI API and are provided for informational purposes only. DealRadar does not guarantee that prices are current, accurate, available, or applicable to your location. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before completing a purchase. DealRadar is not responsible for pricing errors or discrepancies.

3. Accounts

If you create a DealRadar account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@dealradar.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Pro subscriptions

Pro features are available for a monthly subscription fee. All fees are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Pro license keys (offline activation) are non-refundable once issued and activated.

5. Service availability

DealRadar is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about uptime, reliability, or continuous availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice. In the event of discontinuation, any prepaid Pro subscription fees for unused periods will be refunded.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealRadar and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to purchasing decisions based on prices shown in the extension.

7. Intellectual property

The DealRadar name, logo, and associated branding are owned by DealRadar. The extension's source code is available on GitHub under the MIT license. Third-party trademarks and retailer names are the property of their respective owners.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DealRadar after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version is always available at this URL.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
